“Freddie”, as she is known by those closest to her, is a Health Care Coordinator who consistently goes above and beyond with her daily tasks. Ashley Caudle has had a tremendous impact on the lives of the clients in her care, but none more so than Jason. She understood that everyone has a voice and deserves to be heard, and she took the time to help Jason find his voice and really listened to him.

Michelle Buller is easily recognizable in her pink hardhat, one that she wears to her job where she takes clients through their work day and teaches them to accept life’s little challenges. She also demonstrates the value of hard work and a job well done.
